Ready to register for Day Camp or Resident (overnight) Camp?
You must complete the following 3 steps:
Step 1: Registration Form
A child can be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
We offer a convenient online registration. Alternatively, you can also print out a mail-in registration form.
Step 2: Health Forms
You must print and mail-in both health forms for Resident Camp, and only Health Form 1 for Day Camp. Health Form 1 will need to be completed by a parent or guardian. Health Form 2 will need to be completed by a licensed physician.
Step 3: Make Payment
To secure your child's spot you must submit a $10 deposit for day camp, or a $50 deposit for overnight resident camp. The full payment amount for resident camp is due no later than 1 week prior to the start of your child's camp session.
