Registration

Ready to register for Day Camp or Resident (overnight) Camp?

You must complete the following 3 steps:

Step 1: Registration Form

You have 2 options when you wish to register for Day Camp and/or Resident Camp Programming!

  1. Fill out our convenient online registration.

  2. Print out a mail-in registration form, fill it out either mail or drop it off at our office which is located at: 315 S Oneida Ave Suite 203 Rhinelander, WI

       3 . Please fill out an Attendance Sheet in addition to your                         registration ONLY if your child is attending single days. You               do not need this form if your child is attending full weeks. 

Step 2: Health Forms

Health forms must be filled out for all campers.  Print the forms found at the links below.  In order to attend camp, health forms must be reviewed by camp staff and on file at Camp Birchrock.

  • DAY CAMPERS must provide a completed Health Form 1  - Health Form 1 is completed by parent or guardian and does not require a physician's review.

  • RESIDENT CAMPERS must complete both health forms - These include Heath Form 1, which is completed by a parent or guardian and Health Form 2, which must be completed by the camper's physician.

Please mail or deliver health forms to Camp Fire USA Oneida Council & Camp Birchrock offices prior to your camper's session so that any concerns may be addressed by our staff, and special preparations may be made due to any health concerns.

 

Step 3: Make Payment

Camp Birchrock Fees are as follows:

  • RESIDENT CAMP

    • $280 per session

  • DAY CAMP

    • $120 per full week

    • $30 per individual day

    • $55 per week of half days due to enrollment in Rhinelander School District Summer School Program

In order to secure a camper's spot in Camp Birchrock's Day Camp or Resident Camp Program, the following deposit must be received for all planned sessions:

  • RESIDENT CAMP DEPOSIT - $60 per session

  • DAY CAMP DEPOSIT - $10 per week or $5 per individual day

Deposit is due with registration, remainder of fees must be paid prior to attending camp session.

Camp Fire Oneida/Camp Birchrock accept the follwoing forms of payment:

  • CASH - Do not mail, cash payments must be made in person.

  • PERSONAL CHECK/CASHIER'S CHECK/MONEY ORDER

  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - We now accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, please contact our office for more information.
